"La Nit de la Música" (The night of the music) - VAX12

Music as a vehicle for images, and images as an interpretation of music - a symbiosis using emerging audiovisual technologies to work with the connections between sound and the visual, in a live context. Telenoika.NET Cultural Association is organising the 10th edition of their VAX12 nomadic festival within VAD 2005. VAX12 is a regular event with live audiovisual experimental sessions, organised by the Telenoika community each month in different contexts and directions.

KNAL's creative sound process arises from the combination and mix of studio created material breaks, noise, and live effects, creating textures, sound environments and rhythms related to techno and break beat, but focussed on a search for abstraction, deconstruction and sound spacialization: characteristics of experimental music and sound art.  A laptop connected to a midi with different types of sensors and controllers, self-designed and manufactured.  Live experimental sound.

Experienced artist in the field of audiovisuals using new media as creative tools.  He has worked on multimedia productions and event organisation as art director and producer. Member and founder of various art and technology collectives, destined to create a matrix of artistic experiences in related to communication and bringing together artists from different circuits.  Currently an active member of the Dorkbot Barcelona collective, researching custom applications.
